The New Normal

Can you remember when you learned that the patterns of behavior that you are outgrowing were normal?  Can you remember that moment when you started to believe that those things that you used to do were just the way things are?  How is it that your mind learned to perceive a pattern of behavior as just part of you?  How is it that you had enough experience that you began to believe that what had been was what would always be?

Is it that every experience of the old pattern of behavior slowly, but steadily, convinced you that it was the truth?  Is it that those experiences, in a way, hypnotized you into believing that you are less capable of change that you truly are?

What will it be like for you in the moment when the positive changes that you are making, now, become just as much a part of you as the old patterns of behavior that you are outgrowing used to be?  How good will it feel when you are able to see your new behaviors as normal, now?  Are you aware, now, of how each and every experience with the new patterns of behavior that are more beneficial to you, that are more beneficial to you, is bringing you steadily towards that moment when the new behaviors that you have been learning seem just as normal as the old way of behaving used to?

Are you aware, now, that, in this moment here, you are in the process of learning to feel that your new, wiser self, is normal for you?  Can you fully perceive, consciously or subconsciously, that each and every experience of greater calm, greater wisdom and more naturally flowing creativity is helping you to feel that these things are normal for you, now?  Are you aware of how that sense of normalcy within you is growing, now, and growing stronger by the moment?  Are you aware of how each experience of the wiser you that you have been creating is contributing to this growing feeling of normalcy?

Can you perceive, in this moment now, how you are learning to be a calmer, happier and wiser version of yourself and how you are learning to feel that this change is normal, now?  Is it that the new, wiser version of yourself, can end up feeling even more normal than the old self used to?  What is it within you, now, that can help you feel the sense that your new self is normal for you?  Can the same thing, within your mind now, which made it so that the old patterns of behavior felt normal to you start to create the feeling that your new self is normal, perhaps, even more normal now, than the old self used to feel?  What’s it like when you are learning to naturally feel that sense of normalcy, now, about any other positive changes that you are making, now?

What does it feel like for you, now, in this moment here, as you are learning to feel a natural and effortless sense of ease around the positive changes that you are making and that you have been making?  Are you aware of how that sense of effortless ease and normalcy is beginning to surround any and all positive changes that you are making, now?

What is it like for you, in this moment, now, as you are learning to feel this growing sense of normalcy, within you now, about the new self that you have been creating?  Is this the moment, right here, right now, which allows you to feel, even more normal, now, about how you have been able to change?  Is it, perhaps, that the sense of normalcy that you are able to feel, now, can easily be applied to any other positive changes that you are making, now?

How does that, growing sense of normalcy, about positive changes manifest for you, now?  Is it that you just, generally feel calmer, now, when you are able to, notice positive changes, in your life, today?  Do you, now, perhaps, feel a sense of excitement, when you are able to, notice the positive changes within you, now?

Or is it, perhaps, that you are able to, feel a deep sense of gratitude, for that part of your mind, within you now, which is able to, easily and effortlessly now, create the changes. that you have desired?  What will it be like, do you think, when you are able to, notice that sense of gratitude, which is growing now and how is it that that, growing sense of gratitude within you, now, is able to create and even greater and more natural sense of, effortless ease now, which allows you to feel that the changes that you have been making, feel normal, now?

Have you noticed, yet, the way that this, sense of normalcy, that’s there, within you, now, is allowing you to feel this greater and more natural, sense of effortless ease, now, about those positive changes that you are, easily making, now?

What is it about this, growing sense of normalcy, now, which you find the most appealing?  Is it the way that your natural, sense of calm and equilibrium is being restored, now?  Are you able to feel, in this moment, now, the way that your, growing sense of normalcy, now, is able to bring you this, greater sense of effortless ease, now, regarding all the, positive changes, that you are making, now?

Are you able to notice, yet, the way that as your, growing sense of normalcy, now, is able to bring you this, sense of effortless ease, in this moment, the patterns of behavior that, you have already outgrown, are already starting to seem to be more and more foreign to you?  How is it that you are, doing this, now?  What’s it like as the changes that you are able to make so, easily and effortlessly, now, are starting to seem even more, natural and effortless, now, than the old patterns that you have, completely outgrown, now?

Are you aware, yet, of the way that you are already starting to feel, in this moment, now, that your new self is, more normal feeling, now, than your old self ever felt?  Is it, happening now, because the old patterns of behavior which, only seemed true, were never really who you are?  Is it that your new self which, you are creating, now, is, feeling more true, than the old self ever really felt?  Isn’t it that it’s, more natural, now, to feel that, you’re wiser, calmer self is, more real, now, than the old self?  How good do you, feel, now, as you are learning that, you’re calmer and wiser, self is, more real now, than those old patterns that you had only thought were the real you?

And as you are, realizing all these things, now, how is it that these realizations are helping you to feel, even more normal, now?  Are you aware consciously or more aware on an, unconscious level, now, of just how much, more normal, you are feeling, already?  What ways is that, growing sense of normalcy, now, allowing you to feel even more, calm and comfortable, now, as you are considering all the, positive changes, now, that you are making?  Do you, think now, perhaps, that your, growing sense of normalcy, now, is allowing you to, make positive changes, even more, easily now?

Do you think it will be, as soon as you are finished reading, that, you are able to notice, that, you’re growing, more and more calm and comfortable and, more normal feeling, regarding all of your positive changes, now?  Will you be able to, notice now, the way that because you are, learning more deeply, on a subconscious level, you are now able to, feel good, whenever you are noticing the positive changes that you are making, now?  How much, better, now, are you, feeling by the moment, whenever you are able to, notice the positive changes, that you are making, now?  Are you consciously, aware, now, or is it still only on a, subconscious level, now, of just how, deeply, now, you are able, now, to feel that growing sense of normalcy, now?

Are you at all aware, yet, on a conscious level of just how deeply, you are feeling this growing sense of normalcy, whenever you are able to, notice positive changes, now?  When do you think, it will be, that you are able to fully become aware, of how much smoother and easier this process of personal transformation is, becoming, now?  Do you know at all consciously or is it only, subconsciously, now, that, you are changing, in positive ways, so that you are able to, learn and grow more easily, because you are able, now, to, feel this deep sense of normalcy whenever you are, noticing, now, those ways that you are, changing already, now?  Will you be aware of how much, even easier, now, it is becoming to, rapidly make positive changes, now, by simply allowing that, subconscious part of you, now, to create, even more positive changes, now, in a simple and easy way that you are able to, notice, now?

Where do you think you will be when you simply, become aware, that all of the, positive changes, now, that your, subconscious mind is creating, feel very normal and natural, for you, now?  Will that, awareness come, now, in the moment that you finish reading or will you find that this awareness which is coming now is, coming easily and naturally, now, in the moment when, you are feeling that the changes you make are, feeling normal and natural for you, now?

How do you, feel, now, about the way that, you are feeling that the changes you are making feel natural, now?  When do you think that, you will notice, the way that, even deep and profound changes, are able to, feel normal and natural, for you, now?  What’s it like in, this moment, now, which allows you to, feel normal, when you are noticing these changes, within you, now, and how much are you able to notice how that, sense of normalcy, now, is growing stronger? And how much stronger, do you think, that, your sense of normalcy is growing, by the day?
